2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to rent any property through our Site.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are quoted in EUR and include applicable taxes and service charges unless specified.

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation policies vary by property. Please review the specific cancellation terms listed on each property’s page before booking.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Security Deposits

Some properties may require a refundable security deposit. This amount and the terms for its return will be stated prior to booking confirmation.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in and check-out times are specified on the property listing.

  • Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional fees and must be confirmed with the property owner or manager.

7. Use of Property

  • The rented property is for residential use only and must not be used for illegal or commercial activities unless agreed in writing.

  • You agree to treat the property with respect and adhere to any house rules provided.

  • Any damage caused during your stay may result in additional charges.

8. Liability

  • GroupCypress acts solely as a booking platform and is not responsible for the condition, safety, or availability of listed properties.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your stay, unless caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.

10. Privacy and GDPR Compliance

  • We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

  • We only collect and process your personal data for legitimate purposes necessary to provide and improve our services (e.g., completing bookings, customer support, legal compliance).
